Hello Beautiful Soul!
At the beginning of each year, we typically set some goals to create our best year EVER! But when December rolls around, how many of those goals have you actually followed through on? I know that personally, before using this method, my goals were like pipedreams - hopefully I could somehow lose 5-10 pounds this year, work out every damn day, get a 4.0 in school, save the world... you know, just casual things (yeah, right!).
That's because when we set these "goals" at the beginning of each year or throughout our years, we rarely take the time to consider what these goals mean to us personally, how they connect to our values, how it will feel when we accomplish them, or what it would mean to us if we didn't follow through. And that, my friends, is precisely why we don't accomplish them!
